Introduction
Welcome to JosieMusic, a platform for sharing music recommendations and content (the “Platform”) from musicians, performing artists, DJs, radio broadcasters, journalists, etc. ("Curators") to the general public, listeners, and music enthusiasts ("Followers"). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how information about you (Curator or Follower, together – you, “User”) is collected and used by the Platform, which is developed and operated by JosieMusic Ltd. (“Josiemusic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy is an integral part of our terms which apply to your use of the Platform, including the Curator Terms [provide link] and Follower Terms [provide link] (“Terms”) The Platform is not directed to users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 13, or knowingly allow minors under the age of 13 to use the Platform. If you are between the ages of 13-18, the use of the Platform is subject to the verifiable consent your legal guardian or parental and their monitoring. You will not be able to use the service without such consent and verification. This Policy may be amended from time to time. We will post any change to this Policy on our Platform at a reasonable time in advance of the effective date of the change, and we will also make efforts to proactively notify you by email of the changes if we have your email address.

Registering for the Platform is not mandatory. You do not have a legal obligation to provide the information that we request.
