Cancellations and Refunds Policy
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subject to the Follower Terms, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Payments for current active subscriptions will not be refunded, but we will not charge you for the renewal of the subscription. If you believe that you were charged the wrong amount for your Premium User subscription, please contact us at [email protected]. To cancel your subscription, you must click the “Cancel Subscription” button on the Platform, which will apply for the next subscription renewal term, or send us a cancellation request by email to: [email protected];
CURATOR SERVICES
Curator Services are provided by Curators, not us. Unless stated otherwise (by a Curator, for example), all Curator Service orders are final once an order confirmation is sent to the User. Subject to the cancellation terms of the Curator you may be eligible for:
- a full refund of the Curator Service cost (“Full Refund”);
- a Full Refund with 5% reduction or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) deducted as a cancellation fee (“Deducted Refund”).
IF THE CURATOR SERVICE INCLUDES ANY PERSONALIZED CONTENT OR WAS CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE USER, THE ORDER CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
You may be eligible for a Full Refund if the Curator rejects your order or if, despite receiving an order confirmation, the Curator Service was not made available to you at the time promised – If the Curator does not provide you such Full Refund, please contact us at [email protected]. To cancel your order, you must send the Curator a cancellation request through the Platform contact details the Curator has provided.
